Can we participate with more than one option? (ex. Sponsor/Exhibitors, assign speaker and/or Mentor for a workshop)

Yes, of course you can, the registration is open for any type of business to participate with one or more options.

What are your requirements to finalize registration process?

Our requirements are basic, all you need is to fill the form with the preferred options and send it back to us signed and/or stamped, then our team will finalize your process.

Can we just register as Speakers for the conferences or Mentors for the workshop, or we must register as Exhibitor or Sponsor first?

You are free to select your participation type, it is not mandatory to be Exhibitor or a Sponsor to register as speaker or mentor.

Will our participation be confirmed by submitting the registration form only?

No, we are afraid to say participation confirmation as a Sponsor/Exhibitor will not be confirmed until full payment is received. For Sponsors, we require a full advance payment upon signing and submitting the participation form, to include you immediately in all promotional and marketing activities. For Exhibitors we require 50% down payment to be paid within 1 week of submitting the registration form, and the remaining 50% balance must be paid and settled before 1st of January 2023 or earlier.

I’m Individual NFT creator can I register to participate in the NFT gallery or the exhibition?

Yes, you can, it’s not mandatory to be establishment to participate, as long as you have proven record of your work creativity and originality.

We are educational institution can we register in the expo and suggesting providing workshop trainings?

Yes, any educational institution related to Blockchain Technology, Crypto, NFT, Metaverse, Web3, and/or anything related to a futuristic trainings are welcome to register with us.

What are your payments terms? Do you accept digital or traditional payment or both?

Our terms are stated in the participation form, and yes, we accept both type of payments digital “stable Crypto currencies only” and traditional payment by transferring directly to our business bank account or by PayPal using Debit/Credit Cards.

Do you offer students’ discounts to visit the exhibition, conference and take training at one or more of the workshops?

Yes, we are offering special discounts for students up to 50%. Discounts will be applied based on the visiting option or workshop type selection. You must have student ID to receive the discounts.

Do we need to do pre-booking before we visit the expo?

No, You don’t need to do pre-bookings before you visit the Expo, only you will be required to do pre-booking for attending conference/workshops, to reserve your seat.

When is the last day to register as Exhibitor, Sponsor, Speaker and/or Mentor for the workshops?

We accept registration until last week of December, before we start our major 2 weeks campaign across Bahrain and GCC.

Why the expo has many days?

Our goal is to expend awareness not just across Bahrain but across GCC and Middle East, and we have split the days into variety of activities, as follow: 4 Days Exhibition, NFT Gallery, Metaverse & Gaming (To enable more visitors to have a chance to visit, have fun and learn about all the futuristic technology) 4 Days Conference (hosting variety of local and international business leaders’ speakers) 4 Days Workshops (Hosting variety of workshops to learn from the best in the market covering: Cryptos, NFT, Blockchain Tech, Web3..etc.) We have a plan to bring many visitors and new potenial investors.
